Receipt Camera® Support

Receipt Camera® is a photo booth system that captures a photo and immediately prints it as a black-and-white receipt-style output.
It can be used in cafes, restaurants, retail spaces, galleries, exhibitions, pop-up stores, and any location where power is available.
Because it uses thermal printing, it does not require ink or film. Operation is simple because only receipt paper or label sticker paper needs to be replaced.

Receipt Camera® does not store captured images on the device, in order to protect personal information and portrait rights, and in the default setup it runs around printed output with no separate photo data to manage.
Only when the operator turns on QR photo download (Extended License) are captured photos and videos sent to the Brief Company server, and guests download the originals via the QR code on the print.
Transferred files are automatically deleted after 48 hours, and downloads are limited to 10 per file.

Receipt paper is standard thermal receipt paper, similar to the paper used in retail stores.
Label sticker paper is an adhesive-backed thermal paper that can be peeled off and attached to a desired surface.
The printing method and black-and-white output quality are the same; the main difference is whether the printed result can be used as a sticker.

Although Receipt Camera® is shipped internationally, we provide product replacement if an initial defect is confirmed after delivery.
In this case, the international shipping cost for the replacement process will be covered by Brief Company.

For warranty repairs that are not related to an initial defect, the customer is responsible for the international shipping cost to and from Korea.
Once the product arrives at our service center, we will inspect the issue and provide repair guidance according to the warranty conditions.

Receipt Camera® is built with durable components selected for stable long-term operation, so hardware issues are uncommon under normal use.
Our team will also guide you through basic checks and operation support before any repair process is required.

Use the browser-based pre-setup to configure top and bottom logos, messages, an intro screen, and a photo-download QR code.
Choose a capture ratio, wide mode, frame, and branding, then check the print preview before you purchase.

Thermal monochrome output works best with clear text-based logos and high-contrast black-and-white artwork.

Receipt Camera® does not use ink or film.
For operation, you only need to replace receipt paper or label sticker paper depending on the product model.

For PRO, MINI, and PRO+ HYBRID, standard 80 mm thermal receipt paper can be used. It is a widely available paper format and can be purchased easily through Amazon.

For PRO+ and PRO+ HYBRID, Brother DK-2205 label sticker paper can be used. For clearer output quality, we recommend using genuine Brother paper, but compatible DK-2205 paper can also be used if you prefer a more cost-effective option.

PRO is the standard lineup that uses regular receipt paper, and it is available as PRO, PRO WALL-MOUNT, and PRO BUILT-IN models.
MINI is a compact model that uses receipt paper, suited to setups that need a more economical configuration.
PRO+ is the lineup that uses label sticker paper, allowing the printed output to be peeled off and attached like a sticker.
PRO+ HYBRID supports both label sticker paper and receipt paper, so the output method can be selected according to the operating environment.

After purchase confirmation, products are shipped through reliable international carriers selected for each destination country.
In most regions, delivery to your door takes about 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Final delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, destination, and local carrier conditions.

Custom production is available for brand logos, printed messages, UI screens, frames, top and bottom images, and other brand-specific operating needs.
