Order Lookup · Cancellation

Enter the order number from your order confirmation email and the buyer details used at checkout to check the status of your order and cancel it or request withdrawal.

You will find it in the order confirmation email we sent after payment. Orders paid in Korean won start with “RC-” and are 27 characters long; PayPal orders are 17 letters and digits.

Either the name you entered at checkout or the last 4 digits of your phone number is enough.
