FAQ
Does my pass end when the Halloween season ends?
Halloween content is available until Nov 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. KST. Purchased passes remain valid for their full term after the event ends.
Are monthly subscriptions discounted?
Monthly subscriptions are not discounted for Halloween. Seasonal passes are separate products.
How are free AI credits topped up?
Extended passes top up your free AI credit balance to 1,000 each month. If the balance is 300, 700 credits are added. This is a top-up, not an extra 1,000 credits each month. The top-up happens once per pass each month, on the first device that verifies the license that month; months are counted from the pass start date.
Can I buy a pass while I have an active monthly subscription?
On the App Store, turn off auto-renewal before buying a same-tier pass; it starts when your current subscription ends. Passes are unavailable during an active Google Play monthly subscription. Cross-tier transitions are not supported.
Except where required by applicable law, the remaining term of a pass that has started is not partially refunded. Refunds are handled by the store you paid through.Pass terms (Terms of Service)
